SIGNL
The Race · Counts posted Mondays

Loudest city opens next.

Three boards, one scoreboard. Nine founding markets are racing to lead the next opening wave, four launch rosters are filling, and campuses are ranked by the student creators signed. The boards rank places, never people: no names, no handles, just counts pulled from real signup records.

Counts updated Mondays. Last updated October 22, 2026.

Board status

Counts post every Monday. If the numbers are not showing, they are being pulled for the next update and this page will carry them as soon as they post.

Board A · The Next Wave Race

Nine founding markets, one next wave

These nine are founding markets beyond the four launch markets: founding sign-ups are open in every one, and every founding creator signup moves its market up this board. When SIGNL opens its next wave, the leader is first in line. Tap a city for its page.

Board B · The Founding Roster Race

Four rosters, filling now

Approved founding creators in the four launch markets. This is the hometown scoreboard: every approved claim moves the number, and the roster that fills is the market that opens strongest.

Board C · The Campus Race

Campuses, ranked by creators signed

Students name their school at signup, picked from the federal college list so the count stays clean. These are the Wave 1 campuses: the schools whose student creators are being recruited first. The campus leading each month gets the next campus activation push.

The counting rules

How the counting works

/ 01

Real records only

Counts come from SIGNL signup records, deduplicated on handle and email, with test records excluded. Nothing is rounded up and nothing is padded: if the count is 3, the board says 3.

/ 02

Posted Mondays

The boards are pulled and posted once a week, on Mondays, and the date on this page says when the current counts were pulled. If a week is ever missed, the date says that honestly too.

/ 03

Places, not people

No creator name, handle or photo ever appears on a board. A creator shows up in a SIGNL story or feature only with their own permission, and that permission is always separate from signing up.

Race FAQ

Fair questions

How are the counts gathered?

From real SIGNL signup records, pulled once a week and posted on Mondays. Signups are deduplicated on handle and email, and test records are excluded. The roster board counts approved founding creators. Nothing is rounded up: if the count is 3, the board says 3.

What does the leading city get?

When SIGNL opens its next wave of founding markets, the Next Wave Race leader is first in line, and the winning count is announced here. Opening still depends on roster depth and founding businesses in that market, so the board promises order, not a date. The Campus Race leader each month gets the next campus activation push.

Why are there no creator names or handles on the boards?

The boards rank places, not people. Creators appear in SIGNL stories and features only with their own permission, and that permission is separate from signing up. A board entry is a place and a number, so anyone can check the count and nobody is marketed without saying yes.

Your move

Move your number.

Claim a founding spot in a launch market, sign up from a city that wants in, or put your campus on the board. Every signup is a vote your place can see.
