I am in college. Can I really join with a small following?
Yes. Tiers start at 500 followers, and a campus following is the most local audience there is: your followers eat, shop and go out within a few miles of your school. Businesses near colleges ask for student creators specifically, because a post from you reaches people who can walk in this week. A few hundred followers who know you beat fifty thousand who do not.
What is the campus badge?
When you sign up, you can name the school you attend. Your profile then carries your campus, so businesses near your school can find and pick you first, and other students from your school can find you too. It is optional, it takes ten seconds, and you can add it when you finish your profile after approval.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. SIGNL is free for creators. Always. Businesses pay the platform. You never pay to join, to list, or to get booked. On standard visits your compensation is the comp itself: the meal, service or experience the business provides. The only cut SIGNL ever takes is 3 percent of a paid rate you set yourself, if a business books you at it. You keep the other 97 percent.

A visit is a meal, a service or an experience you were probably buying anyway, and the post is 1 post or reel plus 1 story that shares the post within 48 hours: most students shoot it on their phone at the table and post between classes. I am under 21. Can I still join?
Yes. Food, coffee, services and experiences are open to every approved creator. Offers involving alcohol are 21 plus only, and the app simply will not surface them to you until you qualify. Everything else, including the paid rate you can set on your profile, works the same at any age.
