Add-ons
Founding businesses lock their category in their trade area. If your restaurant is in, the place across the street in the same category isn't — your competitors can't buy the same roster out from under you.

Every visit accounted for.
Your dashboard tracks every visit, every live post, estimated local reach, and redemptions of the trackable offer attached to each visit. If a creator misses the 48-hour window, the visit doesn't count against your cap — it's replaced.
Straight answers, no sales talk
How many creators will come out?
Honest answer: we guarantee tracked posts and deliverables, not a headcount. Anyone who promises you an exact number of creators is guessing. What you control is your monthly visit allowance (8 on Roster); what we enforce is that every accepted visit produces a tracked post within 48 hours. Managed clients get a coordinator actively working the roster to fill their calendar — that's the closest thing to a guarantee that actually means something.
What if a creator doesn't post?
The 48-hour rule is the backbone of the platform. If a post doesn't appear within 48 hours of a visit, you get a replacement visit — the slot doesn't count against your cap. Creators who no-show or don't post lose standing, and repeat offenders are removed from the roster entirely. Their next free meal depends on your post existing.
What does the comp actually cost me?
Whatever you decide to offer — a meal for two, a service, a package. You set the comp value on every offer, and creators opt in knowing exactly what it is. There are no per-creator cash fees on standard visits; that's the entire model.
Can creators trash my business?
Creators post their honest experience — that's what makes their posts believable and valuable. They can't be required to post positively, and neither can you require a good review anywhere else. In practice, businesses that deliver a good experience get good posts. If a post is factually false or violates platform rules, we review it with you.
Why the 6-month minimum?
Because one month of posts isn't a marketing strategy — it's a coupon. Creator marketing compounds: regulars see you repeatedly, in feeds they trust, over a season. Six months is the honest runway for the pattern to work, and it's why founding pricing is locked for the full term.
How do I know it worked?
Your dashboard tracks every visit, every live post, estimated local reach, and redemptions of the trackable offer attached to each visit. See the sample dashboard for exactly what that looks like.
