The money is held until the post is live. No post, no release: if the visit or post never lands, the booking is refunded in full. And comped visits move no cash at all: the business provides its own product at its own cost, and SIGNL never touches comp money.

Founding applications only

Business accounts open market by market as rosters complete. Applying holds your category spot in order and locks founding pricing while subscribed. Nothing is charged today.

The Visit Guarantee

If a booked creator does not show up or does not post, that visit does not count against your monthly visits. It is replaced.

Creators are held to a 48-hour posting standard, and posting inside it earns them Momentum. If a week passes with no post, you get a replacement visit and the slot does not count against your plan. Creators who no show or do not post lose standing, and repeat offenders are removed. Paid bookings are held until the post is live and refunded in full if the visit or post never lands.

Does it cost creators anything to join?

No. SIGNL is free for creators. Always. Businesses pay the platform. You never pay to join, to list, or to get booked. On standard visits the comp itself is the pay, and the only creator cost anywhere is 3% on a paid booking, taken from the payout, so creators keep 97% of their rate.

Do businesses pay per location?

No. One plan covers every location. Plans scale by visits per month, 5, 10, or 20, usable across all locations. There is no per-location charge.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes: 3 months. One month of posts is not a marketing strategy, it is a coupon. Creator marketing compounds over a season of trusted posts, and three months is the honest runway. After that, plans run month to month and founding pricing stays locked while subscribed.

What does a visit cost beyond the plan?

The comp, at your cost. Whatever you offer: a meal for two, a service, a package. You set the comp and its ceiling, it costs your cost, not retail, and SIGNL never touches comp money. On a paid booking you also pay the creator's rate plus 3%; the creator keeps 97% of the rate.

Can I run paid only, or comp only?

Either. Comped visits are the everyday lane: your product at your cost, no cash changing hands. The paid lane sits on top for specific creators at their listed rates, from $50. Most businesses mix both, and comp-only is always fine, forever.

What happens if a creator does not post?

Posts are delivered in 48 hours*: 48 hours is the standard creators are held to, and on-time posts earn them Momentum. Creators have up to one week, and a post inside the week still counts. If no post has appeared within a week of the visit, the visit is replaced and does not count against your plan. That replacement is the Visit Guarantee.

How does the founding credit work?

Every plan takes $100 off the first month: $99 for Self-Service, $249 for Growth, $599 for Managed. After that, the founding rate applies: $199, $349 or $699 a month. A founding business keeps its founding rate while its plan stays active.

What happens to visits I do not use?

Visits you don't use roll into the next month, then expire. A visit replaced under the Visit Guarantee never counts against your plan in the first place.
