What does the comp actually cost my spa?

Whatever treatment you decide to offer: a 60-minute massage, a float, a facial. You set the comp and its ceiling on every offer, and creators opt in knowing exactly what it is. The comp costs you your cost, not its menu price: your therapist's time in a slot that would otherwise sit empty. The comp is your own service, provided by you, and SIGNL never touches comp money: no pass-through, no markup, and no per-creator cash fees on standard visits.

Can creators make claims about what a treatment does?

No. Creator posts about spas and wellness services are personal experiences only: what the visit was like, never claims about results, healing or health outcomes. Every post carries full disclosure that the visit was comped, and your practice stays responsible for its own advertising rules. That restraint is what keeps the posts believable.

How much does it cost?

Published pricing: $199 a month for Self-Service (up to 5 creator visits a month, about $40 per creator visit), $349 a month for Growth (up to 10 creator visits a month, about $35 per creator visit) or $699 a month for Managed (up to 20 creator visits a month), with a 3-month minimum, then month to month. Your only other cost is the comp you choose to offer, provided at your cost, not retail. There are no per-creator cash fees on standard visits.

What is the Visit Guarantee?

If a booked creator does not show up or does not post, that visit does not count against your monthly visits. It is replaced.

What is the refund policy?

Paid bookings are held by SIGNL until the post is live. If the visit does not happen or the post never lands, the business is refunded in full automatically. If we cannot deliver the service, including a founding market that does not open, founding businesses receive a full refund of what they paid for that market. Plans run month to month after the 3 month minimum. Cancelling stops future billing. Visits already delivered are not refundable.
