SIGNL
A busy independent restaurant, guests at every table, servers moving through the room
For businesses · Restaurants and dining

Tuesday sits empty. Your ads prove nothing.

Your slowest night sits half empty while boosted posts spend money you cannot trace to a single table. SIGNL sends local creators whose audiences actually live in your city, on the nights you choose, and counts every customer who comes in on their code: when they pay, on pickup, on delivery.

Local creators post about your slowest night, and a receipt shows what it brought in. At least this much, counted this way, never a guess.

Founding signup locks your price and holds your category spot in application order. Nothing is due now; you pay when your market activates.

The play

The Slow Tuesday Fix

One standing night, a bench of local creators, and proof on paper. Here is a founding month, start to finish.

Pick your night and your moments

Start with your slowest night. Then name the moments around it: a new menu drop, a reopening, a game day, a tourist weekend. Your first month plans itself around the nights you actually need filled.

Your bench visits and posts

Local creators claim the night, visit like real guests, and redeem in the app on a single-use code, so your register and your point of sale are never touched. The post lands to a 48-hour standard*: one post, plus one story that shares it, honest words, full disclosure.

The receipt proves it

Every customer who comes in on a creator's code is counted, in the dining room, on pickup, on delivery. A return code counts who came back within 30 days. Your results read against your own usual night, so you can see what the play moved.

*48 hours is the standard creators are held to, and hitting it earns their Momentum. Creators have up to one week to post; if a week passes with no post, the Visit Guarantee below applies.

The Visit Guarantee

A creator who does not show up, or shows up and never posts, does not burn your visit. It is replaced, and the slot does not count against your plan. Creators who no-show or do not post lose standing, and repeat offenders come off the roster.

What you get

Built for a dining room, not a media plan

/ 01

Local reach, printed before you choose

Every creator is ranked by local audience share, the share of their followers who live in your market, ahead of follower count. A smaller account whose people live here outranks a big account whose audience lives somewhere else.

/ 02

One defined deliverable

One post, plus one story that shares it. The terms sit on one card both sides confirm before the visit: what posts, by when, one round of edits, what rights, when money moves. No vague briefs, no endless revisions.

/ 03

Comp it, or book it paid

Comp a meal, a service, or an experience, or book a creator paid at their own listed rate. On paid bookings the creator keeps 97 percent, and the money is held safely until the post is live, then paid the day it posts.

/ 04

Codes that count every door

Give a creator's audience a reason to come in, and the redemptions are counted wherever they land: at your register, on a pickup order, on a delivery order. Staff log it on one screen, and nothing is installed at your point of sale. Run your register on Square? Connect your Square account and SIGNL counts creator visits and the dollars they bring in at your register automatically: creator codes and comeback passes run as Square discounts, and SIGNL reads the redemptions back into your results.

/ 05

Came-backs, counted

A first visit is a trial. A return visit is a regular. We count how many of the customers a creator brought in come back within 30 days and pay full price. That count is the Came-Back Pass, shown per creator on your receipt.

/ 06

Honest posts, disclosure handled

No business on SIGNL can require a positive post, ever. Creators post their real experience, and the paid partnership disclosure line is built into the visit checklist, so the legal line is handled for you.

The lock, in plain words

Nothing is due now. You pay when your market activates. Signing up locks the founding price ($199 Self-Service, $349 Growth, $699 Managed) and your $100 first-month credit, and your founding rate is held while your plan stays active. Plans carry a 3-month minimum once active, then run month to month. Businesses sign up when we are ready to launch, market by market as each founding roster completes.

Founding application

Two minutes. Price locked. Nothing due.

The application asks your category, your neighborhood, your slowest night, and what a normal one of those nights looks like. That last answer becomes your baseline, the number your first receipt is read against. No call, no deck, nothing to schedule.

Straight answers, no sales talk

How much does it cost?

Published founding pricing: $199 a month for Self-Service (up to 5 creator visits a month, about $40 per visit), $349 a month for Growth (up to 10 visits, about $35 per visit), or $699 a month for Managed (up to 20 visits). Signing up includes $100 off your first month, and your founding rate is held while your plan stays active. Plans carry a 3-month minimum once active, then run month to month. Your only other cost is the comp you choose to offer, provided at your cost, not retail. There are no per-creator cash fees on standard visits.

When do I pay?

Not today. Signing up locks your founding price and holds your category spot in application order. Businesses sign up when we are ready to launch, market by market as each founding roster completes. Your plan, and your billing, begin when your market activates. Nothing is charged before that.

What if a creator does not show up, or never posts?

That is what the Visit Guarantee is for. Creators post to a 48-hour standard, and on-time posts earn them Momentum. If no post has appeared within a week of the visit, the visit is replaced and does not count against your plan. Creators who no-show or do not post lose standing, and repeat offenders are removed from the roster entirely.

How do I know it worked?

Every visit can carry an offer with a code your staff logs on one screen, and redemptions are counted wherever they land: in store, on pickup orders, on delivery orders. Your results screen shows tracked spend as a floor, worded as at least this much, with the counting method printed under it, and a return code counts how many of those customers came back within 30 days. You also set one baseline number at signup, your usual crowd on the night in question, so results read against your own normal, not a guess.

What rights do I get to a creator's post?

On a comped visit, you can share the post natively, with the creator credited, and that is all. Paid bookings include one standard license: 90 days of repost and paid ad use, agreed in the booking terms. To run a comped post as an ad, you send the creator a license request at their listed fee: 90 days, they approve each use, and they keep 97 percent of the fee. Nothing is ever licensed in perpetuity, and creators own their content.

What does the comp actually cost my restaurant?

Whatever you decide to offer: a meal for two, a chef's counter seat, a tasting menu. You set the comp and its ceiling on every offer, and creators opt in knowing exactly what it is. The comp costs you your cost, not its menu price: a $100 dinner costs a restaurant its food cost, not $100. The comp is your own product, provided by you, and SIGNL never touches comp money: no pass-through, no markup, and no per-creator cash fees on standard visits.

Do creators have to post something positive?

Never. Creators post their honest experience, and no business on SIGNL may require a positive post or review. That honesty is exactly what makes the posts believable to the people reading them. Businesses that deliver a good experience get good posts.
