SIGNL
A band playing live in a small room
For businesses · Live music rooms

Friday's act just cancelled. The bench covers it.

The big rooms never wonder whether there will be music tonight, because they run a bench, not a phone full of maybes. SIGNL builds your room the same bench: four to six local musicians matched to your crowd, rotating through the nights you pick, posting before every set, and every guest who comes in on a post is counted, including the ones who come back.

Your room, your food, and music that is actually there, every night you choose.

Founding signup locks your price and holds your spot in application order. Nothing is due now; you pay when your market activates.

The Bench, Not the Scramble

Built before you need it. Here is how a standing music calendar runs itself.

Pick your nights once

Choose your standing slots once: every Tuesday early set, Friday nights, Sunday brunch. They live in the same booking system you use for creator visits. No new tool to learn, no weekly booking chore.

We build your bench

SIGNL matches four to six local musicians to your room: your crowd, your volume, your price range. They rotate through the standing slots, so regulars hear a fresh set and the calendar fills itself. A bench of five cannot quit on you the way one house band can.

Every night posts, every guest counts

Each musician makes the standard post after the night, within 48 hours, to an audience that actually lives here, so every night keeps marketing the room all week. Attach an audience offer to the night and the guests who come in on it are counted, at your register, on pickup, on delivery.

Covered, twice

A cancellation is a tap, not a crisis. The Swap Bench, our matched stand-in system, offers the closest matched musician from your bench, same week, one tap to rebook. And the Visit Guarantee sits behind the night: a musician who does not show does not burn the booking; it is replaced and does not count against your plan.

What you get

Broadway's one advantage, without Broadway

/ 01

A calendar that fills itself

The rotation is the system, not one manager's phone contacts. Your music calendar survives a staff change, a sick week, and a band moving to another city.

/ 02

No layer off the night

Musicians set their own rate and keep 97 percent of paid bookings. The whole fee is shown in dollars up front. No agency percentage comes off the musician's night or your budget, ever.

/ 03

Paid when the post goes live

A musician's money is held safely and paid the day their post goes live, not Net 30, not whenever. That is why the right acts say yes to your room, and keep saying yes.

/ 04

The post is part of the booking

One post, plus one story that shares it, after the night and within 48 hours, with honest words and the disclosure line handled in the checklist. The terms sit on one card both sides confirm: what posts, by when, one round of edits, what rights, when money moves.

/ 05

Came-backs, counted

A first visit is a trial. A return visit is a regular. Music night guests get a Came-Back Pass, so you see how many came back within 30 days and paid full price, per musician, on your receipt.

/ 06

Private events ride the same bench

Rehearsal dinners, corporate groups, full buyouts: the same bench books the private event. Sell the night as a package, dinner plus a named local musician who posts the room, instead of scrambling for an act after the contract signs.

Founding application

Two minutes. Price locked. Nothing due.

The application asks your room type, the nights you want covered, and what a normal one of those nights looks like. That last answer becomes your baseline, the number your first music receipt is read against. No call, no deck, nothing to schedule.

Honest FAQ

Straight answers, no sales talk

What does a standing music night cost?

Your plan covers the booking system, the bench, and the proof. A weekly night with a four-musician rotation is about four bookings a month, which fits inside Self-Service at $199 a month, with $100 off your first month and your founding rate held while your plan stays active. Musicians you book paid set their own rates, shown before you choose, and there is no per-night agency percentage on top.

What if a musician cancels, or just does not show?

The bench is the backup. The Swap Bench, our matched stand-in system, offers the closest matched musician from your bench, same week, one tap to rebook. And the Visit Guarantee sits behind the night: a musician who does not show does not burn the booking; it is replaced and does not count against your plan.

Who owns the music?

The musician, always. A booking licenses the post about the night, never the recordings, never the songs. Paid bookings include one standard license on the post itself: 90 days of repost and paid ad use, agreed in the booking terms. Nothing is ever taken in perpetuity.

How do I know the music nights are working?

Attach an audience offer to the night, and guests who come in on a musician's post are counted wherever the order lands: at the counter, on pickup orders, on delivery orders. A Came-Back Pass counts how many of those guests returned within 30 days and paid full price. At signup you give one baseline number, your usual crowd for that night, and your receipt reads the music nights against it: counted floors, the method printed, never inflated.

Why would good musicians say yes?

Because nobody takes a layer off their night. Musicians set their own rate and keep 97 percent of paid bookings, the whole fee is shown in dollars up front, and their money is held safely and paid the day their post goes live, not weeks later. Steady rooms and on-time pay are why the bench stays full.

When do I pay?

Not today. Signing up locks your founding price and holds your spot in application order. Businesses sign up when we are ready to launch, market by market as each founding roster completes. Your plan, and your billing, begin when your market activates. Nothing is charged before that.
